Philadelphia, PA, April 26, 2023 — ThinkGen, a global marketing research and brand strategy consultancy, is proud to announce the promotion of Chief Operating Officer (COO) Brian Hull to the position of President and COO. This exciting move is a recognition of Brian’s exceptional leadership skills, industry expertise and dedication to our company’s success. Current President Bart Weiner will be taking on a newly created role of Chief Strategy Officer.
As COO, Brian has been instrumental in driving ThinkGen’s growth and success. He has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s strategic vision, operations, marketing strategies, developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our clients and partners.
In his new role, Brian is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company’s operations including sales, marketing, finance and strategic business units. He will work closely with the company’s business leaders to help drive growth, innovation and a culturally positive organization while continuing ThinkGen’s growth trajectory.

Before joining ThinkGen two years ago, Brian was General Manager of the Competitive and Market Intelligence business at Two Labs where he led a rapid and successful turnaround. Prior to that Brian founded and ran Experient Research Group, a custom healthcare marketing research consultancy serving pharmaceutical and biotech clients. He also previously served as Chief Consulting Officer of GfK Healthcare and President of GfK Strategic Marketing.
Brian has an extensive background leading teams of market researchers tackling complex business challenges. Brian completed his undergraduate work at Binghamton University and received his M.B.A. from Indiana University.
