PersonalRX, the home delivery pharmacy that places the patient at the center of care, today announced the appointment of Prudhvi Kopparapu as its VP of Pharmacy Operations. Kopparapu is a strategic hire who will support PersonalRX’s customers and assist with pharmacy operations. 

According to a 2022 Kantar survey, 34% of total US adults stated they purchase prescriptions or over-the-counter drugs online, and PersonalRX recently received URAC accreditation for Mail Service Pharmacy. With Kopparapu’s addition, PersonalRX expands its core values and its commitment to quality care, enhanced processes, patient safety and improved outcomes. 

PersonalRX is a home delivery pharmacy for patients that take five or more medications. Designed with the patient in mind, PersonalRX provides patients with much-needed personal attention. Medication is provided in dose packs, which are clearly labeled with the patient’s name, the drug and the date and time the medication should be taken.

Kopparapu brings experience rooted in community brick and mortar pharmacies, which used to be the cornerstone of many personalized patient services, and he understands the need for a more personalized approach to health care. He has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over eight years, holding several leadership positions demonstrating a diverse operational background in retail, specialty pharmacy, digital setups and more. 

Kopparapu will be focused on growing PersonalRX on a national scale, and helping the company create a seamless and rewarding experience for all patients by delivering clinical insights and best in class, personalized service.
