Since joining Schering-Plough in 1996, Mr. Medeiros has held a series of senior positions, most recently as executive director, global licensing. In this position, he coordinates medical and scientific affairs for the Office of the Commissioner, serving as senior policy advisor to the commissioner in these areas. Lumpkin, M.D., as deputy commissioner for international and special programs.
